September 8, 2004 LIVE WEB COVERAGE OF AMERICAN 100 MILE AND WORLD 100K THIS WEEKEND  Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004 will be a big day for American ultrarunners. At 7:00AM (Eastern time) the World 100K kicks off in Winschoten, The Netherlands. We will be reporting on the progress and results of the American team of Ann Heaslett, Nikki Kimball, Anne Riddle, Tim Clement, Charles Hubbard, and Howard Nippert. Then, three hours later (10:00AM Eastern Time), the American National 100 Mile commences at Olander Park in Sylvania, Ohio. We will be reporting live from the race throughout the day and night, interjecting reports from Winschoten as we receive them. Leading candidates in the 100 mile at Olander Park include Serge Arbona, Steve Peterson, John Geesler, and Roy Pirrung for the men, and Connie Gardner, Kim Martin, and Janet Runyan for the women.
